  Overall the children are great, the staff on the other hand know nothing about diversity. I got hired with a condition and penalized for it, and also they fored me off of hear say. Lauren Jerome the Director is prejudice amd never gave me a wrote.up or warning to prove my case on drug abuse. Staff members were prejudice and lied on me while out sick. She fired me on my day off amd through a e mail. I don't suggest working for this place if you are a minority. I was the only minority in this place and feel I was wrongfully terminated. If inwas Caucasian I might jave had a fair chance.
